I moved to Sarnia 28 years ago, Ive looked across at the lighthouse in Fort Gratiot, Michigan. I'd never been over to see it, but always thought I should do that one day. Last summer we had a relative visit from New Zealand, and decided to do a day trip to see all the things we looked at from this side and climbed the 94 steps of the lighthouse. This painting was from that climb.
