Dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
As with all porcelain or glass, you do not want to shock the product. That means you do not want to go from hot to cold or cold to hot. If you want to keep it hot, you can put it in a cold oven and bring to temperature or put hot water in it for a few minuets. If you want it cold put it in the fridge for a half hour before using it.
