Samhain - Irises in the Celtic New Year
"Samhain is a Gaelic festival that marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, traditionally recognized on November 1 and considered the Celtic New Year." For me, my Irises represent faith and the hope, that they will survive the winter and abundantly return again in the Spring. This is an original watercolour painting on watercolour paper. It is 12" x 15" Matted and Framed. .
