Hand built porcelain serving dish.  

9.25 “ long by  5.5” wide by 1” deep 

 Small server fits together nicely with the large oval server with handles   

Porcelain is a durable medium. Dishwasher microwave and oven safe. Put server into a cold oven and bring to temperature.  Be aware of shocking it from hot to cold or cold to hot.  It will break just like glass. If you want to serve and keep something cold, just put your dish in the fridge for 1/2 an hour and this will allow your dish to stay cold for a couple hours. If you want to keep it hot preheat your dish by running hot water in it.
