Felted Kaleidocycle

This interactive mathematical toy was popularized in the 1950's. Although it can be easily constructed from paper it proved to be a challenging and time consuming task to complete a wet felted example. It is entirely constructed of Merino wool and relies on careful layout precise fulling to permit a easy folding and smooth manipulation.
