 William Allen (Bill) Walters         ( Born Sarnia, Ontario, March 7, 1948 ) The first year Bill started pursuing his career as a Grade 7/8 teacher, he enrolled in an evening beginning painting course under the direction of David Korff at Lambton College in Sarnia. From that year on Bill's interest in studying, and making art flourished.
